Up late.
So I'm up, and it is very late. I have been trying to sleep for hours and it has just not been working. I've been reading, watched a movie, blogging, etc..and nothing. Anyone else have a problem sleeping occasionally that has any suggestions to help you fall asleep? I'm open for anything. I didn't want to go down the Tylenol PM/Nyquil road because I wouldn't be able to wake up in the morning if I did that. Heavy sleeper here. I'm hoping eventually my body will just give up and let me sleep. No worries everyone. Stress is a killer. I will be ok and my body will eventually go back to normal. In the meantime, it sure isn't fun. :P Sleep well everyone and let me know of any feedback. Thanks a lot! :D
